Welcome to the home of Wyken FC a junior football club playing in the John Bryan Coventry Minor Football League & affiliated to the Birmingham County FA.

Wyken FC was established in 1997 to provide a safe & healthy environment for children in Wyken and other surrounding areas of Coventry to practise & develop their football skills and also to help them become responsible adults. Our home ground is situated on the football pitches adjacent to Pinley RFC in Wyken Croft, Coventry.

 

Our philosophy is to make football fun for all ages. We are a small, non-profit making club and rely heavily on sponsorship and fundraising to cover costs. All our coaches and committee members are volunteers and we openly encourage all parents and friends to get involved. The club is a family-orientated club with families involved at all levels; from children representing their families in different age groups to parents managing teams and becoming part of the committee.

 

 

 

This website exists to not only provide the parents, players and coaches with information but to also promote & recognise the effort by all concerned to promote values such as sportsmanship, tolerance and good citizenship.  

 

 Junior football clubs such as Wyken rely on peoples generosity either through sponsorship or volunteering to 'give-up' some 'spare time' to assist in the running of the club.
